After careful screening and selection, you and the selected candidate enter into an employment contract. The option of contract-to-permanent placement provides you the opportunity to work with a prospective employer and assess the candidate's skills before deciding whether or not to make the candidate a full time employee.

The wide range of tasks and fields covered by MANNET includes sales, distribution, sales promotion (e.g. event planning and support) and the like for office/clerical, technical, construction, light industrial sectors (e.g. food services) and many more.

The hiring firm may be either a Japanese or foreign-based company.

* The referral fee is set in the range of one to 12 months salary of the employee (see Reference below).

Permanent employees

Salary 220,000 yen/month and beyond (newly graduated w/ a degree)
320,000 to 450,000 yen/month (30 to 40 years old; university graduate)
Work hours 40 hours/week (usually 8 hours a day)
Paid holidays 11 days or more/year

Social insurance, transportation costs, fringe benefits, etc. (20% or more of the salary)

Part-time workers

Wages 1,500 to 2,800 yen/hour

The law in Japan requires the employer to provide social insurance to the staff who has worked full-time for two months.
Social insurance, fringe benefits, etc. (for staff who has worked full-time for two months: 15 to 20% of the wages)
